までご連絡ください。万が一、不良品や誤配送がございましたら、商品到着後15日以内にご連絡いただければ、迅速に対応させていただきます。

返金について / Refunds

返金が承認された場合は、通常10営業日以内に処理を行い、元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。なお、金融機関やクレジットカード会社の処理状況により、返金の反映にお時間をいただく場合がございます。
